Reva Damir
I have been practicing Yoga and Meditation since 1971 and have been involved in fitness my whole adult life. I am a certified Silver Sneaker Instructor, and in 2009 I became a certified Tai Chi Instructor. I have taught in various venues in Stanislaus County ever since. The wisdom of yoga and meditation enhances my method of teaching Tai Chi.
Mark Damir
I have studied and practiced Yoga for many years with a traditional Indian Yoga master in the Monterey Bay area while working as a lawyer and investigator for local government agencies. I became a certified Yoga Instructor in 2009 and have been teaching in the Modesto area since then. My classes build health, strength, confidence and harmony by approaching Yoga from many different sides. Knowing that success in Yoga requires alert attention to all aspects of life , I combine traditional Hatha Yoga techniques with other health awareness practices to achieve perfect body, mind, and balance. I enjoy learning and refining new styles to benefit student of all ages and levels.
Amber Sanchez
I have been teaching group exercise classes since 2008. I've taught 7/8 grade PE Nutrition /Health from 2000-2003. I am a division II Collegiate Athlete and 2002 graduate of CSU Stanislaus with a BA in Liberal Studies and a minor in Physical Education. I currently teach cycling, Les Mills Body Pump, Core Conditioning , Kickboxing, Silver Sneakers Seniors, and HIIT. I hold certifications in AFFA Group Primary, Les Mills Body Pump, and PiYo. I'm passionate about the fitness industry because I love being a part of someone's fitness journey (young or old). It's amazing to watch lives change when there is commitment to well being.
Margy Nelson
I am trained in Yoga, Dance Fitness, Zumba, Strength and Interval training , Tabata Bootcamp, PiYo, Cycle, and Aqua. I have many years of dance background. I have studied Ballet, Jazz, Modern Dance, Tap, Mime, and participated on the Pom Pom drill team. I have been teaching for over 27 years, My national certifications include Nesta, and California Health and Fitness Institute. I have a great love for group fitness and thoroughly enjoy sharing this love with others. It is my passion! I look forward to helping others gain their fitness goals.

I have been teaching since 2002. I am certified in Zumba, TRX, and Group Fitness. I had my own Personal Training business for 12 years, and during that time I enjoyed helping others meet their fitness goals with my one on one attention. I love people and fitness and nothing brings me more joy then helping people reach their fitness goals.
Beth Eldridge
I have worked in the fitness industry for 20 years. I have taught many different formats as the trends have come and gone over the years. I currently teach Les Mills Body Pump, Kickboxing, Ripped ,Zumba, and Conditioning classes. I hold several certifications including AFFA, and Les Mills Body Pump. My career has been a blessing to me. It has not only helped me stay fit over the years, but has enabled me to build some amazing friendships with my students. What I love most about teaching is being a integral part of their success. I look forward to helping many others reach their fitness goals.

I have been teaching over 28 years, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education. I also hold the following certifications. NASM. ACE, Silver Sneakers, Pilates Mat, and Pilates Reformer. I have a strong passion to inspire , motivate, and help others achieve their physical goals, in order to improve their quality of life.
Kim Lamarre
I trained as a Ballet Dancer from the age of 6-18. I competed in water sports and the swim team in high school. After some surprises and set backs with weight gain, I went back to my ballet roots and started doing Pilates. I lost the weight after doing 5 months of Cardio and Pilates. I decided to follow my passion for fitness and become a Pilates Instructor. I have been certified through PMA for 3.5 years. I also hold certifications in PIYO , Pop Pilates and Vinyasa Yoga/Chair Restorative . I am always proud and humbled when I see my students begin their journey by believing the "I can't" in themselves and becoming stronger, and more confident, to believing the "I can" in themselves. Seeing this transformation is the love I feel for fitness.
Heather Bach
I danced for 25 years as a ballerina and modern dancer. My training included time with the Joffrey Ballet, Contra Costa Ballet, and Central Valley West Ballet. I most recently participated with the Off Balance Dance Company at Modesto Junior College. This led to pursuing a Zumba Certification. My love for performing transfers over to teaching dance fitness. I have been teaching group fitness classes for 25 years. I am certified in Pilates, Les Mills Body Pump, and hold a Personal Training certification. I have taught all age groups and I enjoy seeing the growth in my clients. I enjoy watching them learn about themselves and how to apply the knowledge they gain in class in to the rest of their lives, as well as passing it on to their families. I ultimately want to give the gift of joy, relieve stress and health through the fitness classes I teach.

AS long as I can remember I have I've always been interested in health and fitness. Any articles I could read about different fitness related topics interested me. I admired others in the industry for their wealth and knowledge and certifications. I aspired to become like one who could help others reach their fitness goals and be a healthier version of themselves. I hold certifications in Group Exercise and Personal Training for over 12 years. I also hold certifications in Pilates Mat, Zumba, Nutrition, and Myofascial Release. I am also a Corrective exercise specialist. Naser Ataee
Nazar has been a Tai Chi Instructor since 1981. He has continued to utilize his instructing skills at his own studio since 1991. He teaches traditional Yang style T’ai Chi Ch’uan to anyone interested in self improvement, better health, or a martial art that is peaceful in nature yet affective in practice. A direct student of Tung Kai Ying, a third generation master from China, Naser carries on the traditions of his school of origin closely, careful not to deviate from the teachings of Master Tung, keeping the philosophy of the art and it’s techniques genuine to how Sifu Ataee himself was taught.
Sandra Hegwood
I have been teaching group fitness for over 27 years. I am AFFA certified. I primarily teach both Pilates and Hatha Yoga but I began by teaching hi/low aerobics, kickboxing, and sculpting classes in community organizations and health clubs. It was 16 years ago that I took a workshop in progressive stretching ,(active isolated stretching), and that is when I decided to progress into mind-body classes such as Pilates and Yoga. As I aged I noticed some of the other formats had a negative impact on my body. I want to be able to help others who may not be athlete's and need modifications or levels demonstrated. By offering classes that are multi level, each person can feel successful and gain confidence to progress. I am passionate in working with others and look forward to helping clients achieve their goals.

My philosophy is simple. Fitness should be FUN! If it's fun then you will want to keep doing it. For as long as I can remember , I have loved to dance to my own beat. No one could stop me, although several teachers tried. Ha! I am originally from Chicago and came to California in the early 90's. I have been a Zumba instructor since 2009. I teach Zumba, Zumba Kid's, Zumba Jr. , Praise Fitness and Dynamic Gold Dance. I want to get EVERYONE from young to seasoned, dancing and having fun. I love ALL kinds of music and I like to mix it up in my classes, so there is something for everyone. I believe everyone was created perfect! We are just adding sparkle and glitter! I am so excited about the opportunity of meeting people and getting them moving. Let's get FIT and have some fun!

I have been in the fitness industry for over 19 years. I began my fitness journey with the YMCA of the mid peninsula. Raising three toddlers and a stay home mom, I wanted to stay active and healthy. In a short time as a student in fitness classes, I realized I wanted more out of fitness. I had a great desire to teach other mom's how to do the same. That is when I decided to become a Fitness Instructor. I am certified in Zumba, TRX, Group Exercise, Reebok Cycling, Aquatics, and Strength Training. I also had the opportunity to work as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Coordinator, and Health and Wellness Director along the way. Life changed a bit for me... I moved from the bay area to the central valley a short time ago. I'm super excited to start another phase of my great fitness journey here with you.

My passion for dance started when I was a young girl and I have been dancing ever since. One of the most rewarding thing as a dance fitness instructor I've experienced, is when a student comes to me to let me know that their health problems have improved since they have started my classes. When they express they feel so much happier and healthier, it makes me happy. Life is better when you dance! I have been a certified dance Instructor since 2009. I teach a variety of dance formats including Zumba, Dynamic Gold dance, and Kid's dance fitness. Every class should feel like a party and every participant should feel like a star!

Whatever is going on your life can be all interconnected, so let us come together in our practice to understand ourselves, and connect with others. The Yoga practice has the ability to help us learn to except ourselves for who we are while we continue to grow.
