Senior Functional Fitness
A fun functional training class designed for 55 yrs. and over which incorporates both cardiovascular and resistance training. The primary goal is to improve quality of life, by gaining these added benefits. A stronger heart, increased strength and flexibility, better posture, and improved mood and cognitive function. This class incorporates a variety of exercises utilizing resistance bands, balls, and dumbbells.
Core Training-Dynamic Abs
This class targets the hips, glutes, abdominals, and low back. The goal is to strengthen the muscles that stabilize the body. Core training will incorporate specific exercises to develop and strengthen the stabilizer muscles and in return you will have a flatter leaner stronger abdominal area.
